ABOUT PEOPLE ANALYSER TOOLS
Anderson, Lear Consulting uses a wide range of tools to assess the people in your organisation. These tools are used to provide insight into the behavioural and communication styles of you and your people. They assist in providing an understanding of how various styles of behaviour and communication can affect relationships and productivity. There are no perfect tools and no tool is perfectly accurate. Anderson, Lear Consulting does not use these tools in any way to discriminate between people or styles. Our approach is different is simply different and once we all have an understanding of our own styles we can make a difference by modifying our style rather than trying to change others. Behaviours are based on beliefs and as such to modify our behaviours we need to understand our beliefs and how these beliefs impact us and the way we work or communicate with others.
The most compelling feature of our Everything DiSC® tools is that there is something for everyone regardless of title or position, in any orgnisation. Each unique assessment and Profile offers specific, personalised solutions, while creating a common language that can be customised to your client or organisation. Make sure to check out the Supplemental Reports tab to see a range of profiles that support the facilitator.
Everything DiSC 363 for Leaders combines the best of 360-degree feedback with the simplicity and power of DiSC. The profile is designed to provide multi-rater feedback, to identify the top three strategies the leader needs to focus on to improving their leadership effectiveness.
With the use of a selectable comment feature, CommentSmart, raters can give focused, balanced and constructive feedback that the user can easily implement.
Although all Everything DiSC profiles are simple, memorable, and easy to use, we do offer an Everything DiSC 363 for Leaders Masterclass in order to give you depth into using the profile. This Masterclass ensures full understanding and effectiveness of the profile.
How 363 for Leaders differs from other 360 assessments:
- Focused on 3 Greatest Strengths and 3 Development Strategies, not 5.
- Development Strategies are leadership practices the raters want to see more of the most, not what the leaders scored lowest in.
- No literal comments, however the constructively written selectable comments provide powerful feedback.
- All 24 leadership practices measured contribute to effective leadership. We are not measuring what not to do, only what raters want more of.
- Improving Leadership Effectiveness
- 360-degree Feedback for any Leader or Manager
- Coaching Tool
- Leadership Performance Benchmarking

Five Behaviours Profile
The Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team™ is an assessment-based program that focuses on putting The Five Behaviours model of Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results into practice. The program is designed to help teams to have deeper conversations about how they work together on a day-to-day basis. It is a program that is rich enough for a team to come back to do again and again. The Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team grew out of a decade-long relationship with Wiley and Patrick Lencioni and his colleagues at The Table Group. During the development process, they extensively tested and refined the program with more than 300 teams and 3,500 team members.
The program helps teams understand how, as a team, they score on the key components of The Five Behaviours model: trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results. The program utilises workplace personality assessments to help participants understand the personalities on their team and how they can effectively work together. Additionally, the program is powered by Everything DiSC and All Types, personality models that help individuals understand themselves and others better.
What is The Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team™?
Trust One Another
When team members are genuinely transparent and honest with one another, they are able to build vulnerability based trust.
Engage in Conflict Around Ideas
When there is trust, team members are able to engage in unfiltered, constructive debate of ideas.
Commit to Decisions
When team members are able to offer opinions and debate ideas, they will be more likely to commit to decisions.
Hold One Another Accountable
When everyone is committed to a clear plan of action, they will be more willing to hold one another accountable.
Focus on Achieving Collective Results
The ultimate goal of building greater trust, conflict, commitment, and accountability is one thing: the achievement of results.

There is much discussion about “Leadership” and it comes as no surprise that business leaders now regard the development of leadership attributes in their organisations as the highest priority.
The challenge for all executive managers is to develop an effective, and therefore simple, leadership pipeline that caters for the different leadership styles. So how can an organisation effectively develop leaders to cater for its future growth?
The answer is by creating a leadership pipeline that will provide managers and supervisors with relevant information that will increase their confidence to effectively manage their direct reports on a day-to-day basis.
Peoplogica tools assists its clients to maximise the leadership capability of its employees (not just the managers and supervisors) by developing fully customised 360 Degree Leadership Development Surveys. Our Performance Monitor allows HR and management teams track their best leaders and identify those that require urgent development.
Engaging, enabling and empowering employees to high-performance require a considerable array of competencies and attitudes, few of which are ‘downloaded’ when an individual is promoted to a management role. At Peoplogica they have combined behavioural-science and over a decade of research and development to help our clients develop confident people managers. Through our proprietary JobFit™ methodology we are able to help managers understand the ‘hard-wiring’ of their people and exactly how to coach them to reach their fullest potential.
